I know how difficult it is to find someone who you trust with your innermost secrets. Because I know, sometimes it’s just difficult to admit, that you are not able to do your best, because you feel something is holding you back, and you have no idea what it is. You want to live up to the expectations, always do your best and be a perfectionist, but at the end of the day or when you are alone, you are still dissatisfied with yourself. No matter if it is private issue or something in connection with your career.

My name is Erika Nagy and I’m here to assist you to gain a new perspective on your situation. In coaching we don’t talk about problems, because there are no problems. There are only situations where you have opportunity to grow. There are only questions and answers. I would like to support you to have new insights, and to develop new competencies.

I have always had diverse interests. I had graduated as a teacher for children with need of special education. I have spent 20 years in the banking sector at multinational, multicultural companies, doing product development and sales for investment products. I started as a call centre agent, and made my way up to top management. In the meantime I learnt coaching and returned to dealing with people. Now this is my mission, to support people who would like to develop.

I am the member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). I hold the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential, which is a quality guarantee for my partners and clients. By joining this organisation, I accept and follow the ethical norms and standards of ICF.

I am also a NLP Master and during my sessions I use NLP techniques, too.

I have two teenage, almost grown-up kids, who teach me on a daily basis. They keep me up-to-date with new trends and help me to be a cool mom. They don’t hesitate to criticise me and challenge me in any topics.

I am a true fan of lifelong learning, self-reflection and aim to be a better person. I am a runner, I run half-marathons and also an argentine tango dancer. A milonguera if you prefer.

Ontological coaching uses mind blowing methods to get you out of the problem zone and move in the solution zone. Using metaphors, poems, zen koans and other tools to reframe your thinking. It is the most dynamically developing branch of coaching that incorporates the results of linguistics, cognitive and positive psychology, information technology and design thinking to back you to get your personalised answers to your questions.

Do not hesitate to contact me and make an appointment to see if we are on the same wavelength.
